My character is a soldier and was very attached to his commander, who basically raised him when no one else would take him, whom he considered his father. Him crying because his father died, at his father's funeral does not make him 'emo', so you can shove your edgy jokes and you can stop commenting with said edgy jokes in said funeral log.
Also, when I tell you to stop said edgy jokes and you tell me to fuck off? I get mods involved. Don't cry to me because you got a warning.

I have my 46'' TV, after a week of DRAMA. Christ, I am tempted to never buy anything from JB-HIFI again. BUT THEY SELL DVDS SO CHEAP. ;_;
46'' is a lot of LCD. It is going to be glorious.
Due to how my iPhone was destroyed, I got it replaced with a service part at no charge. *happy* Only downside is my Fighter Jet skin was completely destroyed. That's cool, I'll probably buy one of those custom skins anyway. ;D

Dear College Students Who Can't Behave,
This is a game meant for KIDS! Children! Little people!
We have rules based around this, such as no cussing in OOC posts, and only one cuss can be uncensored in an IC post.
So why the hell do you feel the need to ask in the help area if you can light up a blunt on this game?
Why would you ask someone on this game if they like rectal intercourse!?

I'm doing the clean dance. My world is nice and scrubbed. Today, I had the apartment's carpets cleaned, and now the floor smells, feels, and looks wonderful. What a difference it makes, even to cheap apartment carpet such as this.
It also rained today. Not a lot, just enough to darken the asphalt of the roads and gather some puddles in low-lying areas. But the town looks freshly washed and the air is crisp and clean.
I got a crock pot today (not, in fact, a "cock pot" as I had so absent-mindedly typed on Twitter), and am starting to wonder if I have too many kitchen appliances and am becoming somewhat of a cooking snob. In addition to said crock pot, which is currently cooking me a stew, I have a mixer, a blender, a rice cooker, a toaster oven, a popcorn popper, an ice cream maker, a hand mixer, and a citrus juicer. Non-electrical gadgetry includes a dough cutter/potato masher, a device to simultaneously slice an avocado and remove the pit, a jumping jack style bottle opener (for wine), a dolphin-style bottle opener (for beer), a mortar and pestle, and various strainers and balls for holding tea leaves.
Though for the record, I use all the items fairly often, with the exception of the juicer - I have to wait until oranges come into season. And then I plan to steal them from trees in vacant lots and unincorporated light commercial zones. Remnants of the old orange groves still remain.

Unless your shirt is lost at sea, you should not be mentioning it and the word 'mid-drift' in the same sentence. And stalkings? I'm pretty sure you shouldn't be wearing the act of creepily following someone, plural, as footwear. (I know this sentence is awkwardly worded, it makes sense in my head.)
Dear other people on Furc that think they're being cute,
HOW does a female character with nowhere near the same hair and eye color, wardrobe, weapon, or anything really, look -anything- like a female version of Link? Yes, she's Hylian. That is where the similarities end.

Extremely minor gripe, but:
When both of my characters are male and have green eyes, in the absence of all other context by which to identify which character you're referring to, can we please avoid the phrase "the green-eyed man?"
Because "[your character] saw the green-eyed man from before pass by, and called a greeting" does not help me to know which of my characters you are talking about. Your character has met both of my male, green-eyed characters! This scene comes after a time jump, so I can't say which of my guys is out walking around, or which one should reply to your character's greeting. Does it matter? Do you have a particular character in mind?
And when I ask, could you maybe answer the question?

Additional Minirant: Also, they both have names, your character knows both of their names, and the green eyes are hardly their most unique features. One of them is a feline mutant, the other is three feet tall. Really, "green eyes" was what stood out to you/your character? ...Really?

TL;DR - Hestia Jones is a Chinese, street kid goth called Xaofan Xifeng, who transferred to Hogwarts in her fifth year, 1975, to be near Snape because he's the only one who understands her abandonment issues and untold PAIN!, but was Sorted into Gryffindor because the Hat wanted her to face up to James in a selfish-idiot contest.
...what? It's the best explanation I can find!

Dear you.
Several people told you that your portrayal of a character that you fangirled was OOC. I politely said that I agreed with them. You got butthurt, but claimed to go do some research. You then march back to me, proclaiming that your rendition was right all along, and everyone else must be wrong.
This is a very small group. We all know each other, so we give some extra leniency to one another. At least, I know I do.
But maybe, possibly, since so many of us think you're way OOC, despite whatever you may think from your UNREFUTABLE RESEARCH or whatever that you have yet to show any of us, you actually are OOC? I know, you fangirl him to hell and back but maybe. JUST MAYBE, you don't even understand him very well?
(And yes, this is the same person who pulls random ideas out of her ass and expects to put them in RP, and expected me to give her a lift to an event that was 2 1/2 hours away because I'm her RP buddy, I must understand her better than her RL friends.)

Dreamed last night of a multi-legged airline trip through three or four different airports. I didn't dream any of the airplane rides, just the stopovers at airports in between. I'd be at one airport, trying to make a flight; I'd make the line to board the plane just in time, and then the dream would cut directly to the next airport waiting for the next plane.
One thing these airports all had in common was good music playing over the PA. I realized when I woke up that this was due to me falling asleep with my favorite music station playing. Lucky thing I didn't pass out to talk radio instead; airport conversations can be so awkward.
